Estimate proportional material cost, the number of packs to buy, and the cost per liter from your own project quantity and package price. The results are based only on the amounts and prices you enter.
How to use the resin cost calculator
- Enter the resin quantity your project needs.
- Enter the volume or weight contained in one pack.
- Enter the price of one pack and select the currency or unit offered by the calculator.
- Enter density if your selected calculation needs a volume-to-weight conversion.
- Compare the proportional cost with the whole-pack purchase total.
Understand the two cost figures
Proportional cost estimates the part of the package used by the project. Whole-pack cost estimates how much you need to spend when the supplier sells complete packages. The two figures can differ because some resin may remain unused.
Unless you enter them separately, the estimate does not include delivery, taxes, tools, pigment, or other project supplies. Prices can change, so use current prices from your own supplier.
